Production Solutions and Analytics

These are examples of a few production strategies that had to be invented on the fly for the development and operations of the project. Many of these were customized specifically for the site or initiative and included the integration and sync of marketing lists, and integrated analytics post launch.

Much of the spec work is and always will be to focus all the stakeholders on reaching a common specified goal. One of my first questions when assessing a project is if there is documentation to support the concept.

Overview and Contact

This is a site for my consultancy that specializes in UX, Information Architecture, Strategy and IT Project Management. I have worked on the forefront of digital technology over the last 15+ years creating solutions and prototypes for digital content systems, social networks, and mobile. My domain concentrations are prototyping, digital content, social networks and mobile I have worked with both B2B and B2C audiences and have managed projects for Aon plc, Comcast, MSN, AOL, Scholastic, and PBS among others. I have also developed non profit and community based projects that operate on a limited budget, which I find to be challenging but very rewarding.

I believe that structurally it’s all storytelling or revealing information in a strategic timeframe, and that metrics and analytics dictate the effectiveness of that story.

The content on this site is just a sample. There are many more examples that might fit the problems you are trying to solve. I find a great part of what I do is researching multiple strategic solutions, or A/B testing prototypes and discovering what works best via analytics.

Innovative Firsts: I worked with Newline Features on their first internet trailers (1998), helped create a neighborhood wireless network in 1999, developed the first physicians’ channel for AOL(2000), created and architected the first internet portal for all of Comcast’s Ad Sales (2004) and project managed the first US National public facing microsite system for Aon plc (2014).
